To put it simply, a Hotel Apartment is more like a traditional hotel, with services such as a manned reception. You can stay for one night, or several weeks or months. In a Town Apartment you stay for at least 14 nights, i.e. a longer period, and you can choose the size and location that suits you best. The Hotel Apartment and the Town Apartment both have fully equipped kitchens, and are tastefully decorated to give you the comforts of home.
In all our Hotel Apartments and Town Apartments, sheets and towels provided on check-in, and they are changed at the weekly cleaning.
At our Hotel Apartments there is weekly cleaning if you book at least 10 consecutive days, as well as after departure. Our Town Apartments also include post-departure cleaning, and you can add extra cleaning during your stay, for a fee.
All our Hotel Apartments and Town Apartments have fully equipped kitchens: hob, microwave oven, refrigerator, freezer and, in some rooms, dishwasher. The kitchens also have utensils such as plates, cutlery and cooking equipment.
Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 11:00.
In Stockholm, our hotel on Lindhagensgatan has Hotel Apartments, but these are spacious, with full kitchens and are ideal for longer stays.
The keys must be returned to our reception at our facility in City, Kungsgatan 16, during manned times.
We do not offer breakfast.
Linköping City and Stockholm have a staffed reception 09:00 to 21:00 weekdays and 10:00 to 18:00 weekends. The tower in Linköping is an unmanned facility.
Our hotels do not have restaurants or bars, but these can be found nearby. The reception can give you recommendations.
Yes, at Sky there are always laundry facilities. Most of our Town Apartments and some of our Hotel Apartments have washing machines or dryers in the apartment, so let us know when you book if this is important. Otherwise, there is a bookable laundry room nearby.
Our hotel rooms are in modern buildings with lift, spacious entrance, low thresholds and, to some extent, rooms adapted for increased accessibility for wheelchair users. However the hotels are not fully adapted.
At Sky Hotel Apartments City in Linköping, there are a few rooms where dogs are allowed. Contact the reception for information and availability.
Sky Hotel Apartments collaborates with Actic Gym in Linköping. We can offer discounts for our guests at the city’s three Actic facilities. One of these is in the same building as Sky Hotel Apartments Tornet.
At Sky Hotel Apartments Stockholm, we collaborate with Friskis och Svettis, who are located in the same building as the hotel. Our guests get a discount for this facility.
At our hotel in Stockholm, and at Sky Hotel Apartments City in Linköping (from June 2020) there is an exercise room with cardio machines that can be used at no charge.
At Sky Hotel Apartments in central Linköping and at Tornet in Linköping there are a limited number of parking spaces for charging electric cars. Contact the reception for more information or availability.

Sky Hotel Apartments are 100% smoke-free.
All our hotels are in accordance with Swedish fire safety legislation. On every hotel room door, there is information on evacuation routes. Fire alarms are installed in all our Hotel Apartments, common areas and Town Apartments.

Yes, all our Hotel Apartments and Town Apartments have their own bathroom.
We have different room types. The larger ones can accommodate up to four people. Space permitting, an extra bed can be placed in certain types of rooms.
No, we are privately owned, with locations in Linköping and Stockholm.
Yes, you must be over 25 years to stay with us.
