Cancellation terms and conditions

Sky Hotel Apartments 

General Terms and Conditions:

  • Shortening of the stay may change the nightly rate. 
  • Postponement is seen as cancellation of existing booking.
  • Shortening of stay that is already commenced needs to be done in written, no later than 7 days before new arrival date, or 7 days will be charged.

For reservations under 30 nights:

  • Linköping: Cancellation in written no later than 18.00 2 days before arrival or 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Prepayment before arrival through payment-link or in person during our manned hours.
  • Stockholm: Cancellation in written no later than 18.00 14 days before arrival or 100% of the reservation amount will be charged. Prepayment before arrival through payment-link.

For reservations over 30 nights:

  • Prepayment before arrival through payment-link or in person during our manned hours.
  • Cancellation no later than 18.00, 14 days before arrival or 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
