One-bedroom apartments
We offer a number of one-bedroom apartments in Linköping with various standards and locations, and in Valla Berså we have apartments with one larger bedroom and one smaller bedroom for guests or storage.
Valla Berså
Valla Berså is an architecturally striking, round, sustainable building, located halfway between the University/Mjärdevi Science Park, and the main square. Completed in 2018, it offers one-bedroom apartments of various sizes.
The apartments are built to a high standard, and are bright and tastefully decorated. They have dishwashers and washer-dryer combo machines, for your convenience. They face a pretty green courtyard which all our guests are welcome to use. The building includes a garage and bicycle parking, so notify us if you need to book a parking space. The transport options are good, with a bus stop right outside. In the same building you have Restaurang Jord, offering Scandinavian cuisine with a focus on first-class ingredients, and a short walk away is a supermarket.
Hospitalstorget
Our apartments at Hospitastorget offer the same level of comfort as a regular hotel, but with greater freedom and flexibility – more like a real home. These apartments, completed in 2016, feature a contemporary, sophisticated style, and boast large windows, fully tiled bathrooms with washer-dryer combo machines, and high-quality materials. You have access to free WiFi, loudspeakers, Chromecast and everything you can expect from a home, such as a full set of kitchen utensils, iron and cleaning equipment. There is bicycle storage in the basement, and in the adjacent building you can enjoy a sauna or use the gym at no extra charge. These apartments vary in size from 45 to 52 square metres.
The location is quiet, but right around the corner you have all the vitality of the town, including a wide selection of restaurants. Just next door is Babettes Kafferi & Bageri, a café-bakery perfect for a morning coffee on the run, or you can sit down and enjoy the relaxed setting, with a diverse range of sandwiches and other dishes. Take a few steps in the other direction and you’ll find Restaurang Pappa Grappa, featuring a superb evening menu.
Von Dufva Building
The Von Dufva Building, by the streets Drottninggatan, Repslagaregatan and Snickaregatan, is right in the town centre, with great public transport options.
The apartments are well planned, and furnished to give a real homey feeling. You get a kitchen with counter space, a dining table with space for socializing, a living room and a spacious bedroom for two people. In the same building there are bookable laundry facilities. Von Dufva is pleasant and reasonably priced accommodation.
