Executive Apartments: Exclusive accommodation, central location
If you travel often, or are away for long periods, and are tired of staying in traditional hotels, we invite you to experience Sky Executive Apartments.
Our most exclusive apartments, they offer the same level of comfort as a regular hotel, but with greater freedom and flexibility – more like a real home. Our Executive Apartments are superbly located just off Hospitalstorget, a small square in central Linköping. The location is quiet, but right around the corner you have all the vitality of the town, including a wide selection of restaurants. Just next door is Babettes Kafferi & Bageri, a café-bakery perfect for a morning coffee on the run, or you can sit down and enjoy the relaxed setting, with a diverse range of sandwiches and other dishes. Take a few steps in the other direction and you’ll find Restaurang Pappa Grappa, featuring a superb evening menu.
Facilities and service
Our twelve apartments have contemporary, sophisticated interiors with high-quality materials. All are equipped with washing machine and clothes dryer in a fully tiled bathroom, as well as large windows and south-facing balconies.
You have access to free WiFi, loudspeakers, Chromecast and everything you can expect from a home, such as a full set of kitchen utensils, iron and cleaning equipment. Of course the bed will be made upon your arrival, and towels are provided in the apartment. In the adjacent building is a gym and sauna that you can use, at no extra charge.
In Sky Executive Apartments, post-departure cleaning is always included. If you would like cleaning and fresh bed linen during your stay, you can order this for a charge. If you have other requests or questions during your stay with us, we are always available by phone or email.
Floor plans
We have 11 one-bedroom apartments between 48 and 52 square metres on floors 1-6, and a 24-square-metre studio. Subject to availability we can offer a car parking space for a charge; otherwise you can park in one of the nearby parking facilities.
Booking
The apartments can be booked for periods of 14 nights and longer, and payment is per day, in advance. You get the keys when we meet you at the apartment. If you arrive outside office hours, you check in at our reception, at a time that suits you.
