Nothing beats the feeling of coming home to your own place after a long day at work. In a furnished apartment you’re as close as possible to that feeling, without actually being in your own home. If you’re staying in Linköping for at least two weeks, our furnished apartments – we call them Town Apartments -are both more comfortable and more cost-efficient than a regular hotel.
Here you can make yourself at home in a fully furnished apartment, including utensils, cleaning equipment and of course TV and WiFi. The bed is made on arrival, and post-departure cleaning is included. All apartments have laundry facilities. You check in and out just as at a hotel, and our staff is happy to assist you during your stay.
Different sizes, locations and designs
We offer close to 60 furnished apartments for rent at various locations around central Linköping. They range in size from studios to two-bedroom apartments, so whether you travel alone, with a colleague or with your family, we can accommodate you.
Most of our furnished apartments are located in the Von Dufva Building, by the streets Drottninggatan, Repslagaregatan and Snickaregatan. Here you’re right in the town centre, with plenty of public transport options. The apartments vary in size, but in this area we have mostly smaller apartments, for people who are travelling alone.
On of our locations is popular Valla where you find our apartments at Valla Berså. A striking, round, sustainable building located halfway between the city’s main square and the university/Mjärdevi Science Park. Here we have 23 furnished apartments: a few studios, but mostly two-bedrooms, where you can bring your family or share with a colleague, to cut costs.
For an even higher standard, and a unique location we have apartments by the small square Hospitalstorget. These 12 apartments have contemporary, sophisticated interiors, fully tiled bathroom with washing machine and clothes dryer, and high-quality materials.

When it’s time to check out, it’s just as easy as when you checked in. You pack your bags, leave the key at reception and head home. We take care of the cleaning after you leave.
