NTM Fastigheter AB has signed a 15-year lease with Sky Hotel Apartments for 28 new hotel apartments at Kungsgatan in Linköping. NTM Fastigheter AB also builds 27 rental apartments and three commercial premises on the ground floor. All apartments are built to a high standard on both materials and equipment. The project is part of the NTM Group’s long-term financial strategy to fund media operations. The property is ready for occupation in June 2019.
