Our newly refurbished studios are located in the vibrant Malmö City district, right in the heart of the city. With restaurants, cafés, shops, and grocery stores just around the corner, everything you need is within easy reach. Ranging from 19–25 sqm, the studios are designed for 1–2 guests and feature a comfortable 160 cm bed, large windows, and a bright, modern interior. Each studio includes a private bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a TV, making it ideal for both short and extended stays. Departure cleaning is included for your convenience. Guests also have access to shared laundry facilities and a gym located within the building. Please note that the hotel does not offer private parking, but a public parking garage is conveniently located just across the street. Breakfast available!Start your day with our freshly prepared breakfast buffet. Breakfast is served Monday–Friday from 06:30–09:30 and Saturday–Sunday from 07:00–10:30.
