Linköping City
With an excellent location on Kungsgatan in the centre of Linköping, and just 300 metres from the central station and the main square, you’ll find Sky Hotel Apartments City. It’s our unique hotel concept in a brand-new building with 82 hotel apartments.
Our vision is that when you stay with us, you feel like you’re at home. This is why all our rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with dining area, living room space and of course a kitchen. Just like at home, the kitchen has a hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, and the utensils you require. The bathrooms are fully tiled, with shower and combined washer-dryer. The rooms also have free WiFi and TV with Chromecast, so you can both work and relax.

Enjoy the best views from Linköping's tallest building -Tornet. Just an eight-minute walk from the central station is Sky Hotel Apartments Tornet. It offers 70 hotel apartments of different sizes on six floors. If you want a really gorgeous view, you should book our rooms on Top Floor, on floors 15 and 16.
We are available on email and phone Monday-Friday 9 am to 9 pm, Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 10 am to 6 pm. Check-in takes place via Self Service Check-in where you collect your key via our key box in the lobby. All rooms have a fully equipped kitchen.

On of our locations is popular Valla where you find our apartments at Valla Berså. A striking, round, sustainable building located halfway between the city’s main square and the university/Mjärdevi Science Park. Here we have 23 furnished apartments: a few studios, but mostly two-bedrooms, where you can bring your family or share with a colleague, to cut costs.
For an even higher standard, and a unique location we have apartments by the small square Hospitalstorget. These 12 apartments have contemporary, sophisticated interiors, fully tiled bathroom with washing machine and clothes dryer, and high-quality materials. About us
Sky Hotel Apartments ble grunnlagt i 2009 i Linköping, og vi har kommet langt siden den gang. Vår største vekst kom da Sky Hotel Apartments og Bjørvika Apartments i Oslo ble én. I 2022 etablerte vi en ny merkevareidentitet – VANDER.
Navnet Sky ble inspirert av stedet der alt startet – i 19. etasje i Linköpings høyeste boligbygg: Tornet. I dag er navnet også en påminnelse for oss om alltid å sikte litt høyere i alt vi gjør.
Vander er en skandinavisk hotell- og leilighetskjede hvor du føler deg mer hjemme enn borte. Bo i måneder, uker eller bare én natt i en moderne leilighet.
