With the help of our property owners, Stångåstaden and AFA Fastigheter, we have now installed efficient aerator nozzles on the taps in all our 213 hotel rooms. By doing this we hope to reduce our water consumption by about 50-60%, and use less energy when heating and cooling the water. NTM Fastigheter AB has signed a 15-year lease with Sky Hotel Apartments for 28 new hotel apartments at Kungsgatan in Linköping. One of our missions is to improve the experience for our guests. We have now replaced all the TVs in Linköping to improve the use of the Smart-TV feature in each room. One can now easily connect to the TV with their own computer. The 70 TV sets were installed in late November. The old had to go back to the supplier for recycling....
