With an excellent location on Kungsgatan in the centre of Linköping, and just 300 metres from the central station and the main square, you’ll find Sky Hotel Apartments City. It’s our unique hotel concept in a brand-new building with 82 hotel apartments.
Here you enjoy many of the benefits of the traditional hotel, but with the added freedom of a kitchen in your room. We are available on email and phone Monday-Friday 9 am to 9 pm, Saturday-Sunday and public holidays 10 am to 6 pm, but you can check in at any time of the day with our contactless key box If you would like to add a breakfastbag to your reservation, this is possible during weekdays, with exceptions of public holidays, summer- and christmas period. It will be delivered to your door in collaboration with Torn1.
Our hotel rooms
Our vision is that when you stay with us, you feel like you’re at home. This is why all our rooms are nicely decorated and spacious, with dining area, living room space and of course a kitchen. Just like at home, the kitchen has a hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave oven, dishwasher, and the utensils you require. The bathrooms are fully tiled, with shower and combined washer-dryer. The rooms also have free WiFi and TV with Chromecast, so you can both work and relax.
You can stay with us for one night or several weeks, or even up to four months. Such long hotel stays cannot always be booked on our website, so please contact us directly.

Whether you’re visiting Linköping privately or for work, Sky Hotel Apartments City is the perfect choice if you want to stay in a central location. Here you have just a short walk to the train station and the main square, and you can relax on your own after a day on the town or after work. We also have a training room that can be used free of charge.
Linköping has lots of pleasant restaurants, shopping streets, events and sights, including the cathedral, Bergs Slussar (seven locks on the Göta Canal) and Flygvapenmuseet (the Air Force Museum). If you feel like an indoor workout, we have good offers from our partner Actic gym, who have a facility very close to the hotel. How to get here
On foot from train and bus station (Resecentrum)
The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Resecentrum (Linköping’s train and bus station). To get to the hotel, exit the station’s main entrance, and cross the main road, Järnvägsgatan. Then walk to the left through the park (Järnvägsparken) and enter the street ‘Repslagaregatan’. Follow that street to the street ‘Kungsgatan’, and turn to the right there. The hotel is located on the left side.
By car from E4
- Follow the signs for Linköping Ö, drive 1.2 km
- Drive straight through the first traffic circle (second exit)
- Drive straight through the second traffic circle (second exit)
- Drive straight through the intersection at Saab Arena
- At the next traffic circle, take a right and drive towards Resecentrum (the train and bus station
- Turn left into the street ‘Snickaregatan’
- Take the first right into the street ‘Kungsgatan’
- The hotel is on your left side

The hotel is located just 5 minutes from Resecentrum (Linköping’s train and bus station). From Resecentrum you can take a bus to many other parts of Linköping.

We offer a limited number of parking spaces in our garage. When these are booked out, we recommend the Baggen parking garage, which is open from 6:00 to midnight, 7 days a week.
