Our affordable studio comfort apartments are located in Kungsholmen district, just a pleasant walk from the city center. You’ll be close to restaurants and cafés, grocery stores, and scenic promenades along parks and waterfronts. The studio apartments are 28–32 sqm and are thoughtfully designed to provide everything you need for a comfortable stay. Each apartment features a 160 cm bed, a fully equipped kitchen with oven and cooktop, a dining area, and a private bathroom. Wi-Fi, TV, and departure cleaning are included in the rent. The building also offers shared laundry facilities, a gym, and a terrace. Garage parking is available for an additional fee. All apartments were fully renovated in 2024.
